The balls used in the games and activities are for sale under different names, like gym balls, therapy balls and fitness balls. They are for sale in sports stores and other stores that sell fitness materials. The size varies from 55 to 75 cm. Suitable for adults to sit on, or older children of 12 years and more. You can use a ball for the games exercising pressure with a ball and touching and moving on your lap. For adults and older children the ball is suitable to sit on during all kinds of activities like watching television, doing homework and for the activity sitting on a ball while moving to music. For smaller children you can use them to sit on or roll over, in that case you should hold your child firmly.

The ball cushion is especially suitable to sit on during dinner, at school or during homework. It helps many children to stay more focused on the activity they are doing. You can look at sitting on a ball or ball cushion.
