Hiding under cuddly animals
One way of touching your child during play is hiding him under cuddly animals or a blanket. The best place to do this is the ground or his bed.
Most children find it very amusing to be buried under a heap of cuddly animals, and then crawling out of this by themselves. They often ask for more again and again. You can also use heavier materials, like a pillow cover or a hot-water bottle cover filled with chestnuts. (see: playing with chestnuts ).
